Facility was spotlessly clean and nice little. I really enjoyed the rear view from my small queen room.

Every detail was first-class and I greatly enjoyed it. Staff were very pleasant, it was a bonus.

Active staff and pretty quiet location! We were given a small double room, it was brand new and good value for money. Place had delicious food.

Especially helpful staff, fab location. My family room was great value for money, I enjoyed it. The staff did all they can for a brilliant stay. The food was good, with a good choice of options. Always clean and family friendly hotel in South Shore district. Near to the nightlife which means a great nights sleep and also the very end of the blackpool lights.

All in all - we liked this place & would stay here again. It had pleasant service and staff. The room was fresh clean, a great size.

The beds were highly uncomfortable. There was even a bed bud. Lots of Ciggarette smoke in the corridors. Our room was on the second floor but there is no lift. The hotel staff was courteous and carried our suitcase to the room.

We booked a small room & thats what we got a small room..with bathroom shower & loo... small lcd tv/dvd player & freeview... not lots of room but just what we needed for our weekend...& for the price we payed. staff was very helpfull when we arrived a day ealy for our room (my own folt booked the wrong dates) they discounted a room for that night. & Free parking for the weekend We did not eat at the hotel so no comments on the food staff friendly & we had no time to be back in for on a night frout door key was given with room key Looking to return this year
Is is a fair walk but they is trams & bus running... but we enjoyed the walks

We were a couple and also I had 82 year old mother with us Both rooms were dirty, had to call manager, no curtains up at windows, bed covers dirty, Were not informed that they was no lift Clean rooms do not cost anything the hotel was fine, but not the rooms which were dirty

Advertised a bar one night of 3 at 930 pm a youngster in charge with pumps switched off and only the bottle beers available.

The bed and pillows were very comfy. It was a great location, very close to the beach. It was generally clean and tidy.
The toilet was a bit tempramental and some previous guest's waste came back up at one point. The view from the room was of a wall (next door) which looked like it hadn't been maintained and there was about 12 pigeons congregated there throughout our stay - I think this is where they slept. As a result there was a lot of pigeon poop too. I would recommend that guests book a room with a sea view if possible as I'm sure it's much nicer on that side of the building (unless of course you like pigeons). If you're looking for someone just to lay your head though this room would be adequate for you.

I loved my stay , would highly recommend to everyone, the staf were very nice and helpfull the hotel was very very nice , I would like to stay again as was made to feel at home. I would like to say a big big thankyou to everyone at the by the beach hotel ( thankyou) x from Sam and Ste

Bargain at £40 for 1 night for 2 people, room was very small but enough for what we needed, quick change in the evening ready to go back out again and to sleep in! Shame the restaurant wasn't quite ready though, no food!
